  • How discreet is your packaging?

    Plain box, zero branding, no logos visible. Return address shows 'Thelemonclittoy LLC.' Custom labels are minimal and professional too.

  • How fast do orders ship?

    US orders ship in 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited 1–2 day shipping available at checkout. International orders take 5–10 business days with prepaid duties.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes — Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties are included upfront, so no hidden charges when your order arrives.

Returns & warranty

  • What's your return policy?

    30 days for full refund, free return label included. We take returns even if used — condition doesn't affect your refund. All returned toys are recycled responsibly.

  • How long is the warranty?

    Two years on all devices. Covers motor failure, battery degradation, silicone defects, and manufacturing issues. Free replacement or repair with prepaid shipping.

  • What if my toy arrives damaged?

    Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We send a replacement the same day, with a prepaid return label for the damaged unit.

  • What materials do you use?

  • Are your toys waterproof?

    Absolutely — IPX7 rated, fully submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and pools.

  • How quiet are your motors?

    33–48 dB depending on setting — quieter than a soft whisper. Independently tested by audiology specialists.

Using your toy

  • How long does a charge last?

    Up to 120 minutes per charge depending on intensity level. Full charge in 90 minutes with the included USB-C magnetic charger.

  • How do I clean it?

  • Can I take it when traveling?

    Yes — TSA-approved, comes with a silk carry pouch, and has a travel lock (hold power button 5 seconds) to prevent accidental activation.
